Now a separate report is being shared not regarding Overwatch 2’s development, but about the Overwatch League. It claims the Overwatch League could be going on hiatus in wait for Overwatch 2, a hiatus that could last as long as a year....

Blizzard has confirmed that it would like to expand the current line-up of Overwatch League teams, specifically encouraging investors and organizations in Europe and Asia to get involved.
