Overwatch 2 players are likely deeply familiar with the ongoing problems at this point in time. The first days of major multiplayer releases are often known for being rough for players and those behind the scenes trying to get things running smoothly. While it is likely easier to come up with skin concepts for a cyborg ninja than a fully human bowman, Hanzo has needed more legendary outfits for some time. Most cosplays of Tracer adapt her default look, as her basic design is a lot of fun. It is also tough to nail down, as the character’s signature spiky hair takes some hard work to master. One Overwatch fan has gone a step further, however, as they have chosen to bring one of Tracer’s holiday cosmetics to life. While Overwatch has been out for over five years, players are still coming up with new concepts to make the game more interesting. In a post on Reddit, a user known as quazar_21 shared an idea they had brainstormed for the post-match screen in Overwatch. The concept was inspired by the banners seen during matches in Apex Legends. According to quazar_21, adding a similar banner system to the end of Overwatch matches would be a quality improvement....

Those that still refuse to buy loot boxes instead grind excessively to unlock them, right down to the last minute of the events. Unfortunately, for unknown reasons, Blizzard decided to pull the plug on the game’s Halloween event earlier than its announced 4pm Pacific time yesterday, instead ending it at 3pm. The result is a number of angry Overwatch fans that are flooding the game’s forums with complaints. People that were saving their in-game currency or otherwise would have purchased loot boxes had they known Blizzard was cutting things off early have expressed disappointment in Blizzard’s decision....

The Overwatch free trial offers unrestricted access to all of the game’s content, meaning anyone that participates can choose anyone from the roster, check out any of the game modes, play on any of the maps, and unlock content from the ongoing Winter Wonderland event. And while players can access Overwatch for free while the trial is active, it should be noted that Xbox Live Gold and PlayStation Plus subscriptions are required for those playing on Xbox and PlayStation, respectively....

Many know that Overwatch was created out of the ashes of another Blizzard game, codenamed Titan, that spent years in development with a massive team behind it before it was eventually cancelled. In recent interviews with GameSpot, many on the Overwatch team have opened up about the failed Titan project. Little is known about what Titan actually was. Blizzard has never revealed exactly what the game entailed other than the fact that it was an MMO and the goal was to make it bigger than World of Warcraft....
